Executive Group Coaching: Identify where there may be an opportunity to bring Team Coaching to your direct reports. In our one-on-one work, we can discuss integrating portions of the coaching with the team(s) you interface with through Team Coaching.
Team Dynamics: Stretch your team’s communication and relationship competencies. Using one of the world’s leading profiling assessment tools aids in team building and team dynamics. It also serves as a powerful team communications and culture exercise.
Shadow Coaching: Your leadership style can be observed in your work environment as you interact with others in certain work-related situations (key meetings, presentations, etc).
Coaching Relationship with Allan

In addition, Allan has been awarded the Master Certified Coach (MCC) designation (one of 600 hundred worldwide), which is the highest designation within the International Coach Federation (ICF). Allan's coaching services are provided by telephone or in person, as timing and schedules permit.
Executive Leadership Performance Coaching Process
So that each leader receives optimal value, Allan works with only a select number of leaders each year. To ensure a perfect fit for BoldMoves Executive Leadership Performance Program, schedule a phone appointment to learn more. Be thinking about possible Desired Outcomes that would have you excited to achieve as a result of the Coaching Program. Consider both the above focus areas as well as those outcomes you yearn to achieve as you reflect on moving to the next level of impact as a top-performing leader.
The coaching program consists of two phases.
Phase 1: On-boarding and BoldMoves® Leadership Discovery Process. The purpose of this two-month phase is to complete the following on-boarding components:
Upfront exploration phone calls to determine fit, define Desired Outcomes for the coaching and embark on the Leadership Discovery Assessment Process.
Complete a rich and introspective Leadership Discovery Process allowing you to take current inventory of your natural leadership strengths and core leadership values and beliefs. Understand your leadership personality profile related to how you get energized, communicate, make decisions and manage the mental demands of working with the current demands in your work role.
Attend a one-day face-to-face meeting to interpret the results of the Leadership Discovery Process, design the coaching relationship for follow-on coaching, define goals and leave with a ninety-day action plan to move towards your Desired Outcomes of the program.
Leadership 360. This powerful process of personal development is designed to provide feedback to you on 22 leadership practices from your own perspective as well as from the perspectives of your boss (or bosses), your peers and your direct reports. This 360-degree feedback data will provide you with an encompassing view of how you are perceived to operate in your current leadership role.
Follow-on coaching calls during Phase One (as you integrate the findings from the Discovery Day) are scheduled to allow time to digest and begin the action process.
A 3-way meeting is scheduled with you, your manager and Allan to review the Desired Outcomes of the program and discuss the process of measuring results and determine the manager's level of involvement in the Coaching Program.
Phase 2: Coaching. Weekly coaching sessions over a period of eleven months after Phase One is completed to move towards the Desired Outcomes of the Coaching Program. These sessions are by telephone, Skype and face-to-face meetings (depending on client location). In addition, one to two follow-on meetings with the leader, his manager and coach can be incorporated to assess results and accomplishments and sustainability of leadership changes defined in the Program.
